Old questions. A new way to explore them.

For thousands of years, stories have helped us explore our human struggles and the virtues that can guide us through them. From fear to courage, anger to serenity and pride to humility. Soulprint continues that tradition through a different medium: play. Instead of only watching a character make the difficult choice, you get to make it yourself.

What We Do

Old Questions: A New Way to Explore Them.

Beyond the Game

Beyond the Game

Beyond the Game

We are interested in what happens when psychological and philosophical ideas are translated into story, player action and consequence.

Our current work explores questions such as:

• Can a game encourage reflection without reducing enjoyment?

• How can moral choices feel meaningful without presenting one correct answer?

• Can qualities such as courage, integrity and persistence be experienced through gameplay rather than explained?

• What can player responses teach us about the relationship between story, action and reflection?

• Can meaningful play make a difference beyond the game?

Don’t be shy! We aim to collaborate with anyone and everyone that understands and aligns with our vision. We will share selected findings and lessons as the research develops, while protecting the creative framework and intellectual property behind Soulprint.

Collaborators

Collaborators

Soulprint is designed as more than our average adventure game. Our long-term vision includes a series of connected adventures, supported by learning experiences, research collaborations and applications for education and organisations.

This creates opportunities across entertainment, learning and partnerships,  while keeping the player experience at the centre.

We welcome conversations with investors and partners who understand that meaningful play and commercial potential do not have to be opposites. They may even get along.

Let’s Explore It Together

We are interested in hearing from:

  • Organisations exploring new approaches to leadership and reflection

  • Investors and partners interested in purpose-driven games

  • Researchers interested in how narrative, gameplay and meaningful choices may influence reflection, self-awareness and learning

  • Educators interested in game-based learning

Soulprint is being developed with potential applications in education, leadership development and facilitated learning.

The game’s themes can provide a shared starting point for conversations about fear, courage, integrity, persistence and the choices we make under pressure. Supporting materials and facilitated experiences may allow groups to continue those conversations beyond the game.

We are currently developing and testing these possibilities. No compulsory reflection exercises. No correct personality hiding behind “Door Number Three”.
